Earn while you learn with JR RAMON'S paid job training

JR RAMON Demolition is currently seeking applicants who are interested in pursuing a career in demolition, to enroll in our paid job training program. This program allows qualified candidates the opportunity to come aboard our company as a demolition operative and receive up to 142 hours of certified construction safety training including OSHA 10, OSHA 30, heavy equipment operations, forklift operations, and other working certifications necessary to be functional on an active demolition project. Courses will consist of combined classroom training and field experience to create an easy learning environment.  

Candidates who are approved for this program will have the opportunity to work for JR RAMON during training and will be eligible to interview for a full-time position upon program completion.

Participants will earn $15/hour training in the classroom and will also be able to work in the field as demolition operatives for a combined 40+ hour work week.

Qualifications:

• Must be a City of San Antonio resident able to provide proof of residency
• Must have been negatively affected financially by Covid-19
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
